Self Isolation Special Rates during COVID restrictions

Self isolation rates @ £100 per day until further notice

 Early Season

1st January to 30th June

£950 per week

Peak Season

1st July to 31st August

£1250 per week

Late Season

1st September to 31st December

£950 per week

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum 4 day stay

• Any day changeovers available

• Check out 10am - Check in 3pm (negotiable)

• A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation.

• The balance of 75% is payable 1 month prior to arrival.

• Electricity, water & wi-fi is provided gratis for short-term lets.

• The cottage is fully equipped and all linen is provided.

• Maximum occupancy is four persons.

• We are a totally non-smoking unit

In the event of cancellation for ANY reason, prior to the final remittance being forwarded, the deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the full period of your intended stay.

In the event of cancellation for ANY reason after the final remittance has been sent, the 25% deposit is not refundable, and the balance of 75% will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the entire period of your intended stay.

You are strongly advised therefore to take out holiday insurance with your travel agent or insurance company to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation.

There is presently no reciprocal health agreement between Guernsey and the UK. We strongly recommend that you include health cover with your travel insurance.
